Research: Patient care relating to wait time

Based on my experience with Dr. Frank Stile, Patient care is key in a successful practice/business. When shadowing Dr. Stile I had the opportunity to sit in on a meeting discussing how they can improve patient care, and the business as a whole. As well as engaging in discussion I had the opportunity to learn about sterile techniques.

Consultation Rooms:

Consultation rooms are where patients come in to discuss what kind of procedures will be done, and where the doctors gives his honest opinion about what he/she thinks is best. My display can help aid the process in how the patient feels, and is greeted to make the overall experience more enjoyable. In the Centre of Plastic Surgery it states that faculties should care more about patient satisfaction over revenue. Consultation rooms are a huge step before surgery, and this is where the surgeon and its staff members must be honest and do whats in the patients best interest.

Surgery Center:

The surgical center at all offices is crucial, and where all procedures are being done. The surgical center not only has operating rooms but also have insulation like rooms where patients wait to meet with an anesthesiologist and the surgeon operating. In the surgical center it is crucial to practice sterile techniques that I have learned from my nursing classes at SECTA, and front Dr. Frank Stile's himself. Surgery can also only be done by an ABMS-certified or board certified surgeon. There is always risk involved in any surgery but the right staff, surgeon, and precaution is crucial.
